So excited to finally have new blankets in the shop!  Back in August I got my first ever order from Shannon Fabrics – 5 bolts of cuddle!  Eeeekkk!

So pretty even in the box!

At the time I was knee deep in birthday sewing, family picture sewing etc, that I didn’t have time to cut into it.  When I finally cut into it I ended up with this HUGE stack of blankets to sew up!

Cuddle can be messy when its cut – especially the rose and shag that I use for the trim, so my floors looked like this!

Seriously an inch deep of fuzz – thank goodness for the shop vac!

Once I got the blankets sewn up – time to enlist the help of my good friend’s baby – because who can resist a cute baby in a cute blanket!! You first met Miss E here when she modeled with my blankets at less than a few months old – so tiny!!  She is now almost 6 months old and so smiley!  We had a fun little photo shoot in the corner of her bedroom.  Miss E was nice enough to play both the girl and boy parts for me!  Here are some fun pictures from our shoot.
