You don’t have to be a kid to enjoy a personalized birthday celebration! To have some fun I created a pasta night birthday printable set to celebrate my husband’s birthday! He is a pasta fan and since we were getting him some cool pasta tools I ran with it!
I decorated the “birthday wall” in the kitchen with a banner of course and some decor from the stash. Watch for more details next month on how to easily create a birthday backdrop, sign up for my email list to be the first to get it!!

Brad is usually the bruschetta (yeah I know I spelled it wrong on the food tent) in the house – but I tried my hand this time and the fam says it was good! My daughter could live on this stuff!
We made him open his gifts before dinner because one of them was the pasta attachments for the Kitchen Aid. He kind of didn’t believe me when I said I was going to make fresh pasta for dinner! It was yum!!
And of course cake! I found a recipe for a Cannoli cake! White cake with a cannoli filling and a cinnamon/orange buttercream with a chocolate ganache (the recipe has a rum soak for the cake, but I skipped that party)! So good! This is a 3 tier 6 inch cake, I put a party circle made into a topper, in the top to dress it up along with the cannoli chips, dollops of buttercream and mini chocolate chips.
He said he had a good birthday! Yay – mission accomplished!
I know Pasta night is a unique birthday theme but why not! All of the printables are in my shop! Since it was just the 4 of us, I didn’t print out everything but I did design it all!
