My sister’s oldest son had a Construction birthday party for his 2nd birthday. He loved the big trucks so it was a perfect theme for him! Let’s check out some great ideas from his party!

The backdrop with the printable banner turned out great. I used my Silhouette craft cutter to cut out construction truck shapes and got construction caution tape from the party store. We set up this party in my sister’s backyard.

I think the favors were my favorite at this party. Pretty simple – just a plastic shovel with chocolate rocks in a cellophane bag. Tied up with favor tags matching all of the printables.
The kids loved the printable game. They got to pin the boulders in the dump truck, wearing their construction hats and vests (made out of paper bags).
The birthday boy got a special outfit – I made him a construction vest out of orange parachute-style fabric. He is ready for the worksite and to demolish his cake!
