This month’s crafty update is a perfect fit for this month!  I finally made myself a Halloween quilt!

I have had this fabric for what feels like ages and finally got it sewn up.

The pattern is an easy one – Jelly Roll Twist, all you need is a jelly roll and a charm pack for the quilt top.  You can grab it free from the Fat Quarter Shop here.  The fabric is from an older collection, Spooky Hollow from Riley Blake Fabrics.

I used black minky fabric for the backing and quilted it at Trace Creek Quilting with a fun spiderweb-looking panto, called Gossamer.

With Halloween just around the corner, I am itching to make this cute Halloween quilt pattern, Ghost party quilt by WoollyPetals.  I really want to make the individual ghosts as wall hangings to go with my Halloween décor.  Check my Instagram @jeniroparties this month to see if I accomplished it!
