My baby girl is 11! I was hoping this whole pandemic would be done by her birthday, but alas, not so much here in the Midwest!! So we had a fun family celebration and a birthday parade with her friends!
We sent this fun birthday parade invite via email! I used THIS invite but tweaked the colors and background!
We also put out the Honk & Wave sign I designed and had printed at Office Depot.
For a bigger Birthday impact I hired Show Me Yard Cards to put a fun Happy Birthday message in our yard, the kitty was O’s favorite part of course!
We originally were going to do a Pool Party theme, but when that fell through we switched to an Ice Cream theme! So I asked my cookie lady with Sugar Dough Cookie Creations to create some fun cookies in the shape of waffle cone ice creams and mint chocolate chip ice cream bars that matched the printable decor I designed for her!
They were perfect! I created a personalized favor tag, attached them to the prewrapped cookies and gave them away as favors during the birthday parade!
We had a handful of friends drive by and shower Olive with love and gifts! It was so sweet!
Birthday parades really are fun! Then we celebrated, just the 4 of us, for the rest of the day!
I decorated the house with fun Ice Cream themed printables! Now available in the shop!
And I made her a yummy mint chocolate chip (her favorite flavor ice cream) cake! I tried the fun ice cream cone drip cake and it turned out pretty cute!
It wasn’t the usual birthday party she is used to, (see my party portfolio to find out what I mean!), but I think she had a good day!
Happy Birthday sweet girl! Blows my mind you are 11 already!
