This month I wanted to feature the Aviator Birthday party printables and share some fun ideas for this theme.
I created this theme for my nephew’s 1st birthday party (he is 6 now!) It really turned out so cute! My top 3 favorite things (it was hard to choose just 3!) from the Aviator Birthday party were:
I did my standard plastic tablecloth, printable banner on top set up, but added the cutout airplane pictures that I made with my Silhouette and clouds and die-cut airplanes – again using my Silhouette. Simple but really impactful.
The favors were in “Baggage claim” and were 24 packs of Crayola crayons wrapped up with brown paper and washi tape to look like little suitcases. Add the printable favor tag, and OMGee, so cute! The larger bags in the pic are larger packs of crayons – the coveted 64 packs!
I created a Pin the X game for this part – Pin the Propellor on the airplane! Using the same graphics that I used for the party printables.
The other game I created was a throwing game. The kiddos made paper airplanes from provided paper and then flew them through the holes on this poster. It was fun for all ages!
