It’s that time again, time for another Kids Clothes Week!
I think this is a great idea and I definitely use it to my advantage to take time to focus on sewing for MY Kids! It’s on my 2014 Goal list to sew more for my kids. This week I have several outfits planned for my daughter. My plans are very very lofty – but I will try my best to get them all done before the week is out (or before I pass out)! You can see my profile and other KCW projects HERE!
So my plans… I got this book for Christmas! So my plans include a few pieces from this awesome book.
Outfit #1: Pocket Smock Top from Sew Classic Clothes for Girls: 20 Girls’ Dresses, Outfits and Accessories from the Cottage Mama & Leggings from Go To Patterns
Outfit #2: Round Neck Ruffle Dress from Sew Classic Clothes for Girls: 20 Girls’ Dresses, Outfits and Accessories from the Cottage Mama
Outfit #3: V-Neck Cardigan from Peek-a-boo Pattern Shop & a ruffle skirt (following this tutorial)
Outfit #4: Bimaa sweater (cowl version) from LouBee Clothing

Here is my pile of fabric and traced patterns!
And here are the outfits cut out! I even made some custom bias tape for the Pocket Smock top — just hope I have enough!
Let the sewing begin!
